Το Hotel Arashi Shinsaibashi No001 παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια και δωρεάν WiFi στο κέντρο του προορισμού Οσάκα και σε απόσταση 400μ από Mitsutera Temple. location was just perfect, very close to shinsaibashi station, Daimaru, parco and so on. dotonburi just walking distance, close to convenience F***ily M**rt. the room also big and staff are friendly English-speaking, even He give me upgrade for bedroom Yey!! , all amenities are provided , I would love to stay here again.

Το J-Hoppers Kumano Yunomine Guesthouse βρίσκεται στο Hongu, σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο ή 70 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το προσκυνηματικό μονοπάτι Kumano Kodo από το μεγάλο ναό Kumano Hongu... The hostel was fantastic. We rented a tatami room, which was spotless, very comfortable and with a really nice view. The onsen was amazing, we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, there were snacks, eggs to boil in the onsens in town and all cooking and serving tools to eat them afterwards. The bathrooms were incredibly clean. This was our favourite stay along the Kumano Kodo, despite being the cheapest.

From communications prior to our arrival to meeting our host and the entire stay, we had a wonderful experience! The kitchen is large and fully stocked, they have a washer and dryer, and the rooms were exactly as listed. Our host was courteous and the staff would keep the guest house super clean. They even gave us a bottle of fresh squeezed locally farmed mandarin juice, which was delicious.

Το NONAGASE GUEST HOUSE είναι σε Chikatsuyu, σε απόσταση 300μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπαρ. This place is a gem and a must stay if you hike on the Kumano Kodo! The Nonagase house belonged to the local Samurai clan and is being used as a guest house nowadays. So you get to stay in a place of historic charm. Nonetheless the guest house is quite comfortable and accommodating. The landlady aka manager Hitomi, alongside with her team, were splendid! To make the stay more easy for international guests, there are little notes left everywhere, which is truly endearing. In the back of the house there’s a beautiful beer garden which is open to passing hikers and guests alike. There you get the awesome-est bruschetta with home made goats cheese and all sorts of craft beer. Which brings me to the food: if you miss this, you will regret it! The owner of the guest house is Italian and the dinner was exquisite. Something you would never expect in the countryside of Wakayama. We would always come back to this place if we were to come to Chikatsuyu again.

I am satisfied with all. Will stay in this hotel again when next trip to Osala or Nara start. Nice people you met, even airport delivery by the owner at a proper price being available.

Undoubtedly, this place was one of the best accommodations I have been. The place is spotless. Seiko is a Super Host. She was very helpful to my request. Getting out of the train station you can turn to the left and after crossing the railway it is a two-minutes walk, there is a mini supermarket just in front of the accommodation and a big supermarket 4 minutes up the main road. The Villa is so adorable, if you have time for a little stroll, you will enjoy it. I strongly recommend it.

The Minshuku is located in Chikatsuyu, which is a perfect location if you are hiking the Kumano Kodo. Whether you are taking two days from Tanabe or go all the way in one day, it is good to rest in Chikatsuyu. The Minshuku is very clean, with all the comfort of the room, kitchen and bathroom + shower. The best part is really Ike san hospitality, he can speak several languages and he is a great cook. From dinner to breakfast, including the lunch to go, everything he prepared was fully enjoyed. He is also very kind and overall interesting person to chat with. He definitely made our stay more comfortable.
