The Bridge Tavern appears a little tired when you first walk in, but we soon found out, first of impressions are not always reliable. The Bridge is “ where it’s at” in Wicklow. The great food and location make it very busy with locals as well as tourists. It’s old and authentic which adds to its charm. The staff was amazing and so eager to take care of us.

Located just 1.9 km from Glendalough Monastery, Heather House provides accommodation in Laragh with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space.

It is a very nice place with a guest room with books and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and in the guest room there was a wooden train for kids.

This is a beautiful property with an excellent breakfast in the morning. Very close to hiking trails and historic sites. We certainly enjoyed our visit.

It was so convenient to hop into the car and go to greystones as it was only a ten minute drive. We also loved the view of the garden in the back and we enjoyed being in our own space. Everything was provided for and it was like a hotel in a house.
