Take a taxi if you have large luggages. If no luggage it is very easy access. Near to shopping, rentals and groceries. The apartment is very clean. Well equips homeware.They are more organised than my own house.I am impress to the game card available in a very nice corner table.All appliances is easy to use. They know what the occupants needed.Excellent! I will book again and I highly recomment it!

pros: it is next to the train station, great value for money, next to the free bus stop that goes to the ski gondolas cons: nothing in particular only that is very basic, they could add a TV for example, but overall is nice clean etc well located so I recommend it and would go back. Also a con wifi is not included and its an extra

I like that everyone is literally sleeping at 22:00 😅 All people here share the same passion to the mountains and hiking, so they respect the others and themselves. I met some nice people here from different countries, it was a pleasure to talk to them and share experience. The breakfast was great, you can get all the nutrients before hiking 🥾 The stuff is amazing, all of them look happy 😊

The breakfast was quite nice. Typical European breakfast but with a lot of choices. The view from my room was spectacular. I can directly see the Matterhorn from the balcony. It is exactly the same as the photo from booking.com. The location was great as well. It was a mere 5-min walk from the train station, with a bakery on the way. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping me make calls as well.

    great location and excellent for anyone travelling on a budget. Ability to take your own food and drink and with a pleasant outdoor seating area. Nice sized shower in the bathroom instead of being a little box. The whole hotel looked like it was well maintained.

    Cannot recommend this place enough! Was referred to me through a friend and so glad we stayed here! Affordable accomodation in a fantastic location and stunning views of the Matterhorn right from our window! The staff were so friendly and the place itself had great vibes. Breakfast being included in the price of booking was amazing and very helpful in Switzerland! Would definitely book again!!

    Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in a walking distance from cable car station, downtown, supermarket, and train station. Good breakfast included. Will stay here again when I visit Zermatt next time.

    Location is ideal as it is situated in between the gornegrat station and glacier paradise cable car station. It is also a quick walk to the main town area. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with some DIY stations. Will return if visiting Zermatt again.
