Everything went very well during our stay, especially the very friendly staff who welcomed us and served us with extreme warmth during our seven days. Other positive points: the breakfast provided by the accommodation (in partnership with May Cafetuyu) was excellent, with several savory and sweet options, and Leandro was very attentive in explaining and offering menu options. The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective.

Spectacular views and an outdoor swimming pool can be enjoyed in Hotel & Aparthotel Monte Verde, just 5 km from Pucón. A sauna room is available and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. Gorgeous place, beautiful views, nicely furnished, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Great value!

Some of the rooms, including the one we got upstairs, have a great (balcony) view of the volcano. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well.

The property is central and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast plus tea & coffee making facility throughout the day.

The staff were super-helpful. For example, we needed to leave at 5:30am so they provided us a substantial packed breakfast to-go. There is complementary coffee and water all day. They kindly allowed us to leave the car in their car park all day while we were gone on a volcano hike - even though we were checked out already. They also allowed us to leave food in the fridge and use the restaurant tables when we got back. They were so helpful in every way. The location is also excellent - right in the centre of the town - near the tour agencies, restaurants, bars, shops. Overall, top class ! Finally, the cost was amazing value for money.
