A 3-minute walk from 'Lady Doak College, JC Residency in Madurai provides an outdoor pool and a gym. Very charming hotel. Big room, with beautiful details. Beds and linnen were very good. Bathroom is hughe. Staff very friendly. Nice swimming pool!

The staff was excellent at the facility, but they do linger around for tips, and I felt a strong expectation to tip at every turn. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean and the multiple elevators were a great convenience. Breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and options to enjoy.

Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our visit. Archana from Room Service deserves high praise for her prompt and courteous service. She ensured that our room was always in perfect condition, and any special requests were met with efficiency and a smile. Her commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The restaurant manager Gurunathan and the staff Trisha, Bikash, too, were incredible—attentive, polite, and always ready to go the extra mile to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Their hospitality and service were impeccable, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Accord Metropolitan to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay. The dedication and warmth of the team, especially Chef Nataraj, Aarthi, Archana, Gurunathan and the entire restaurant staff, made our visit truly special. We look forward to returning soon!
