The staff make this place so great! Without their professionalism and kindness our stay would have been mediocre. Special thanks to Mohammed at reception who went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel so comfortable. We explained to Mohammed that we had a very late flight and he was able to arrange a late check out for us, despite being a very busy weekend. Thank you Mohammed! We left the resort well rested. A special thank you to Sakr at reception who also made our breakfast experience so much more enjoyable and he was always so helpful! Thank you Sakr!

I really appreciate the level of service which the hotel staff demonstrated, it was very very good! An incredible hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room and city view was a sight to behold – magnificant. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My experience was exceptional from start to finish.
