Upon arrival I was provided guidelines towards keeping safe in the city. After checking in, I was shown all the rooms to verify that the room booked was best for me. On my first full day, the hotel organised a staff member to spend the day with me, show me around, and teach me the way of life in Dhaka where they just asked for a tip. A shout out has to go towards the owner and chef. The owner provides the highest degree of security and service, I have never seen such great service. The chef was always around to talk and made the stay feel like I was a guest of their home rather than just a hotel. I will come back and I highly recommend others to come.

The staff in the reception were very polite and checked me in without a problem, correcting the mistake made by Booking.com of two single beds to a larger single bed.

Offering a multi-cuisine restaurant, high speed internet, rooftop swimming pool, Bar, a fitness center & Spa facility. Clean and comfortable room, although quite noisy. Some noise due to obnoxious visitors in hallways, but during the day time there is loud construction noise that was very disturbing. There was also no prior warning to daytime construction. Facilities were nice and staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice although a little underwhelming.

The hotel also features state-of-the-art safety and security equipment, including fire and smoke detectors, electronic door locks, and CCTV surveillance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and amenities.

Situated within 2.5 km of International Airport, Civic Inn in Dhaka features a fitness centre, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Such a clean hotel. Nice staff. Located in prime location. Near to the Metro Rail Line 6 stations. I would recommend to the foreigners. Hopefully you will all like it.
