Location - perfect. It is very near to the center, to the sea. Room very modern, new. Very comfortable bed. Was interesting furnitured bathroom. I really liked the room. And definetely turn back one day.

Matar residence is one of the greatest hotels I stayed at. All the staff are nice people and helpful. MR Michael is an amazing owner who is very professional and supportive. He makes staying here wonderful. This is another home away from home. I do recommend this place for everyone visiting Lebanon.

Good location, close to Hamra Str., very helpful staff, room with sea view was big, comfortable and clean. I was happy to visit Beirut and I recommend stay at El Sheikh Hotel. Ps. The hotel has underground garage what can help if you rent a car. Best regards for El Sheikh staff!

Our stay was perfect. The room is very nice, we upgraded it to sea view and it was worth it. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.
