Each morning at breakfast, Moncef and Mark ensured we felt completely looked after. Yacine and Tareeq were exceptional waiters, offering flawless service throughout our stay. Koyel always greeted us by name with a radiant smile, instantly making us feel at home. Chef Saeed prepared the most delicious manakeesh and greeted us each time with genuine kindness. The pool and beach areas were impeccably clean and relaxing, with refreshing bottles of cold water offered the moment we arrived—small touches that made a big difference. We also had the pleasure of visiting the spa, where Eva provided my wife and I with a sound healing session that left us both feeling incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend booking a treatment with her if you're visiting. We enjoyed our stay so much that I’ve already convinced my parents to book a trip at the end of the month. Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.

It was nice location, villa is not very private from pool side for Katara visitors .. as it is exactly infront of the entrance where it is very exposed
