From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable, even giving us a tour of the house. Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

Dream House was good in every point of view. First, the location was good. From the bus station to the house was very close it just take a time 5 minutes by walking. 2nd, every facility was perfect. Το κατάλυμα έχει κουζίνα. 非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.

Booking TAGANI guest house was the best decision I’ve made while travelling Armenia. Firstly, the hosts are very kind, communicative, speak very good English, and had gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were considered us as one of their family members, the kids were playing football with me, while the younger one lend his toys to my kid. They were the first host in Armenia whom we got to know well, shared many tips, told some interesting local facts, took us for a short town trip, and most importantly, showed us the best bakery that makes Armenian Gatha. Coming to the apartment. It is NEW, totally renovated and had everything one needs. The bedroom was spacious, cozy and beds were very comfortable. We had a good sleep at night. Kitchen is huge and all necessary cookwares are available. We cooked our own breakfast on the gas stove. Bathroom was big and clean as well and the apartment was spotless too. Overall, we were highly satisfied with everything that was available to us. Many places are at walking distance. I really appreciate the efforts of the host who were very hospitable since the beginning. Don’t look elsewhere. Just book it. This is the best place you’ll ever find here.

Το Moreni Guest House είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε Gavarr που προσφέρει κήπο. The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.
