Our three-night stay at the Vogafjos Farm Resort in Mývatn was truly magical, as we were fortunate to witness the stunning Aurora Borealis just outside our cabin doorsteps, perfectly living up to its reputation as the capital of northern lights. The cozy and comfortable lodging made the experience well worth the price, despite the food being a bit on the pricey side. Overall, the breathtaking views and unique atmosphere made it an unforgettable getaway!

The common area is spacious and comfy. There are plenty of stuff to make breakfast/quick snack. Joana is super friendly and helpful when we checked in.

Very clean, great shared kitchen, bedroom large and comfortable. The staff is amazing especially Monika who helped me pay a parking fine. She went above and beyond being helpful. A really lovely person that helped me and made my stay so nice.

Situated by Lake Mývatn, this guest house offers basic rooms with shared facilities. The Mývatn Nature Baths is a 10-minute drive away. H τοποθεσια ηταν εξαιρετικη. Ειδαμε το καλυτερο Βόρειο Σελλας στην Ισλανδια εδώ.Ο ξενωνας βρισκεται σε περιοχή με λίγα φώτα πάνω στη λίμνη Myvatn. Η θέση του βολεύει πολυ για περιήγηση στα γύρω αξιοθέατα. Τα δωματια ικανοποιητικά. Σχετικά μεγάλος ξενωνας αλλα πολύ οργανωμένος. Πολυ καλή κουζίνα . Καθαρά λουτρά.

Quietly located 5 km from Iceland's Ring Road and 13 km from Lake Mývatn, this family-run guest house offers views over Sandfell Mountain. Breakfast was good. Good WiFi in the room.

Eating area with a view. Nice reception people let me check in early. Only me in the room. Heater was on when I got there and the whole place was very warm. Heated floor in the shower was amazing-- very deluxe.
