I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector. One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself. The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile). This Crete luxury villa is in the renowned holiday region of Chania, near the town of Kissamos. The holiday accommodation is perfect for family and friends to settle in and revel in the splendor of the Greek coast. The Cretan Aura luxury villa’s living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary seating and a 42" Smart TV with satellite. There are also air-conditioning, game consoles, and board games to ensure guests’ comfort and entertainment. The open-plan layout of the holiday villa means the living room is adjacent to the dining room, which is tastefully furnished with a large, modern dining suite and attractive lighting. The trendy kitchen is fully kitted out with all the necessary appliances and amenities including a 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso. There is a laundry and playroom on the basement. The Cretan Aura villa is made up of three levels, with 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor, and 1 king-size bedroom on the upper floor. All the villa’s bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms equipped with toiletries and towels for the visitors’ convenience. -The heated pool must be requested at least 2 days prior to the arrival and there is an exrta charge

Cretan Aura is in the popular holiday region of Chania, between Falassarna and Balo, on the Island of Crete. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery all within 3 km of the villa. The town of Kissamos is 8 km from the villa and local attractions include Balos Lagoon, Kedrodasos Beach and Kedar Forest, the Ancient City of Polyrinia, the Archaeological Museum of Kissamos, and the unique Komolithi geologic formations. The town is home to several taverns with local fare and a few trendy cafés. "The old Tsegas," a popular fish tavern, is just 7.3 km from the villa. The Health Center of Kissamos is 9.2 km away and Chania city, a picturesque city known for its beautiful architecture, is just over 60 km away. This famous Cretan resort city is also home to the Chania International Airport and the St. George General Hospital.
