Sandpiper Heaven is the left half of a duplex on Perry Street. You are about 3 blocks to the beach and one block to the Washington Street Mall. Miniature golf and ice cream are just across the street, with restaurants and shopping found at the pedestrian mall. There is permit parking for 2 cars at Bank Street lot, and 1 permit across the street. The dining room provides seating for 10 and the adjoining kitchen offers additional seating for 4 at the tile top counter. Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The gas grill located on the large deck out back or charcoal grill on the brick patio of fenced yard. Upstairs the master bedroom has king size bed and full bath. Bedrooms on 2nd floor have high ceilings and a full bath at the other end of the hall. Bedroom on 3rd floor has two trundle beds. Amenities include central AC, wireless internet, iPod dock and Beach Box at Perry St Beach. **BLANKETS NOT PROVIDED**
