We spent six nights in this stylish hotel at the end of March 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. Just 5 minutes' walk from the old town, this hotel offers an ideal starting point for visits to this area of Hanoi. Due to an early flight, we arrived at the hotel in the morning, but after a short first walk through old town we were able to check in at 11:00 am without extra charge, although the official check-in was 3:00 pm. Great service! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The AC works very well and is really quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent, there is a large selection of international and national dishes. We were also very satisfied with the staff - from the front desk, to the bar, up to the breakfast area - always friendly and service-oriented. Our special thanks go to Mr. Tung Do, who greeted us every day with a smile and gave us good tips on how to spend the day.

It was huge and very comfortable and as advertised. The bed was the best we had slept in for our 3 week trip to Vietnam and did I mention quiet! Wow to walk in and not be able to hear the incessant beep beep of traffic was fantastic. Manager Michael and his team were fantastic and very helpful. If you’re looking for space , comfort and quiet, I’d definitely recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is really good, walking distance to the major attractions. Breakfast was really good, with both local and international dishes, plenty of options. The room was quiet, although the hotel is on a busy street. All staff was very kind and helpful, and especially the reception staff, Jenny, Charles, Leo and Liam. They helped us with our luggage, booking taxi, calling tour agencies. I totally recommend this hotel :)

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Due to a scheduling mistake we got a downgrade for our room on the first night. The other two nights however, we got an upgrade to a bigger room than originally booked, at no extra charge. We also got a discount for our first night. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city.
