This suite exceeded my expectations! I was concerned after reading the general reviews of the Patricia Grand establishment in concerns to its cleanliness, but this particular suite was very clean. I thought the sofa was comfortable to sleep in and so was the king mattress. The kitchen was equipt with necessary utensils, pots and pans, stove/oven, microwave, and etc. We thoroughly used its contents to make all of our meals. TV had great channels and there was a guide available for easy review. Loved the balcony with the swinging chair and it also had additional chairs and a mini table. The view of the beach was amazing! Coming in from the entrance, it almost looks like you are floating above the ocean and from the balcony, the beach and the ocean are in full view. Enojyed rhe sunrises from here. If you want to clean as you go, there is a broom with dustpan in the closet, which I took advantage of with all the trips to the sandy beach. Furthermore, I had a few inquires during my stay and all my questions were answered in a very timely manner by the staff. If tpu are going to bring a dog, it could be difficult sincw rhe suite is on the 9th floor and the elevators usually have a long wait time during peak hours. We really enjoyed our stay!
