Our stay was wonderful! Iceland’s weather may be unpredictable, but its beauty more than makes up for it. Coming back at the end of the day to this beautiful house with stunning surroundings made our trip even more special. It felt warm and welcoming, like coming home. Even after reading all the previous, raving reviews, we were still very positively surprised - the apartment really has more than everything we could possibly need. Another “magical” plus, even with self-check in & out (by definition cold and person-less), Lucy somehow made it have a human touch. Very nice place to stay in the west of Iceland. Quiet, spacious house, tidy, modern. The outside area is fenced it offers a nice little playground.

Fantastic house! Lovely view down to the distant steaming river. Fabulous hot tub outside. Very comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. Very kind, friendly and helpful host who lives in a house on the same site (with a very friendly and fluffy dog). Will definitely stay again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in the remote woods of Borganes. The apartment is so serene & secluded, very clean. and We did not get the chance to use the hot tub. We enjoyed a clear view of the Northern Lights from the balcony of the cottage for a least an hour & took lots of photos. The host is very nice and helpful with all information and directions. We plan to come back to this area and stay at this cottage again. They have 3 bedrooms (2 in the ground floor and 1 on the attic), 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and an outdoor hot tub. Totally well stocked & equipped and has everything we needed to cook family dinner.
