Everything worked smoothly, the location is ideal for exploring the area, and we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived.

The location was picturesque. The facility was beautiful and top notch; hot springs pool was gorgeous, spa services were extensive and lovely, breakfast was abundant and varied, staff was on top of everything all the time, hotel was helpful with assisting us to arrange a day of ebiking. Ultimate Tuscany experience!
