The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.

Zelo lepo urejen hotel in prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Gospa Ilaria je zelo prijazna in vedno pripravljena pomagati z vsemi napotki in informacijami. Hotel je v centru mesta, od koder so peš dostopne vse zanimivosti oz. znamenitosti, v bližini pa je tudi prezplačno parkirišče.

The hotel is gorgeous with a very nice terrace and pool side. We loved our room and really appreciated the buffet breakfast. The spa is very relaxing (you have to make a reservation in advance).
