The Staffs are very friendly and ready to help. The hotel interior is beautiful with very good taste. The buffet in the evening has different themes during a week. The kids club is my daughter's favourite! The swimming pool with warm water is very nice and necessary especially if you visit Teneriffa with kids not during the summer time.

I would like to mention the restaurants with always delicious and varied food, the tennis and padel courts (specially coach Ivan), the gym and all the hotel staff (very pleasant to talk to and always ready to help in resolving any issue). The area is very quiet and peaceful. the room has everything for a long stay. From the terrace of the room there is a very beautiful view of the ocean and the neighboring island. By taxi you can quickly and conveniently reach neighboring cities within 20-25 minutes. we spent a wonderful 10 days and will definitely come back here.

Nice backyard and front porch to chill.

The host family was very friendly. On our late arrival, there was something little to eat, incl. some fruit (which was a surprise and very thoughtful from the host). In the kitchen there was a coffee, sugar, salt. oil and some other useful things to cook. Maybe a sharp knife would be great to add to the drawer. The appartment was very clean and quiet. We got plenty of towels. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the neat terrace. The location is very convenient to explore the island and we liked the nearby town of Candelaria for the evening strolls. We only had to get used to the steep road up to the appartment but already the second ride was ok. There is a washing mashine in the app as well. And a table tennis is a good idea! Situated in Arona,next to Arona's historic centre. VistalRoque offers the best of both worlds. David bol veľmi milý, ústretový a láskavý. Privítal nás perfektným welcome drinkom (pivo😄), mali sme súkromnú terasu, každé ráno nám tam David priniesol raňajky. Raňajky boli postačujúce (káva, čerstvý pomarančový džús, jorgurt, cereálie, omeleta). Izba bola čistá, kúpelňa takisto, vybavenie postačovalo.
