Set in a rural location, Stable Cottages offers self-catering, accessible accommodation. Situated just 3.6 miles from Cowes and is pet-friendly. Free private parking is available on site. We stayed in one of the Stable Cottages. Our Stable Cottage was the ideal retreat. It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, New Stable Cottage is set in Cowes, 24 km from Blackgang Chine and 7 km from Carisbrooke Castle. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. Nigel & Mary were absolutely lovely & made us feel so welcome. The cottage was perfect, everything was clean with some fresh eggs, milk & flowers on our arrival. Fully stocked with towel bales, washing up liquid, tea towel, hairdryer, hand soap etc. The rooms were all a really good size with plenty of storage. View of the sea from our bedroom window was lovely to wake up to every morning & it was a short stroll across the field to the beach. Perfect location to get to everywhere we visited throughout the week. Highly recommended & would definitely stay here again!

Boasting garden views, Godshill Park Barn provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge, around 10 km from Blackgang Chine. The breakfast was amazing every morning. Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable rooms. We will be back.

Located in Shanklin, 400 metres from Shanklin Beach, Villa Mentone Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. We loved everything here: Salma and her team are very friendly and caring. We felt very welcomed here. You can pre-order dinner in the morning and the manager, Salma, is an incredibly good cook. Try out the sea bass and the curry, they‘re delicious! Everytime we sat outside in the garden we were amazed by the stunning view, overlooking Shanklin beach. Our room was at the very top and we‘ve never had a better view on the sea than here. The beds are also very comfortable. The Shanklin shops and the bus station are just a 5- mins walk away. Here you can catch buses to all the destinations on the island.

This 4-star hotel offers luxurious accommodation overlooking Ventnor Bay on the Isle of Wight. It serves award-winning food in its conservatory eating area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The exceptionally helpful and professional staff, together with the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, guaranteed a most enjoyable stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and most attractive with an en-suite bathroom in which everything functioned perfectly. Breakfast at the hotel was one of the high points of the day and for the staff, nothing was too much trouble: the dishes served from the extensive menu were all quite delicious. The Royal truly is a most remarkable hotel.
