The property was comfortable and equipped with all the basics. My children loved the outside space and trampoline, along with being able to see all the cars and animals. Even though the property sits very close to the road you cannot hear the traffic at all. It was great entertainment for my son.

The breakfast is the best I’ve had in England- get the fresh fruit salad and try the porridge- trust me! Also, don’t miss the freshly baked shortbread available daily.

There are three windows in the living room that look out onto a main street and provide great natural light. Apartment is spacious, clean, nicely furnished and in a well maintained building with parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bridge End Farm Cottages wordt omgeven door bergen en ligt in het idyllische dorpje Boot, in het Lake District National Park. I would absolutely recommend this place. It was such a cute and comfy cottage. It had everything I needed, a full kitchen, great WIFI, full satellite TV, and comfy bed. The view is an added bonus. I loved listening to the little crick right outside the window. It was so serene and a perfect way to visit the Lake District. Even though it is remote, I felt safe and secure. There is also an informative information book that has lots of different hikes, walks, and excursions that can be done within the area. I ended up going to a waterfall and saw an ancient Roman ruin. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Stay here, it is impossible to have a bad time!
