I had a wonderful experience! The location was peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the breathtaking view of the lake from the room window. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered breakfast to my room and it was great to enjoy some food with the stunning view.

Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lockport, an IHG Hotel menawarkan penginapan di Lockport. The staff was excellent! Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Awesome hospitality goes a long way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is amazing, coffee 24/7 is something I didn't know I was missing until we stayed here. Overall wonderful experience.
