We were allowed to arrive ahead of check-in time so we could spend the day at the falls. The hotel manager, Francisco, was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located next to Foz do Iguaçu airport, 5 minutes by car. Also on the territory of the hotel there are many animals, including birds, a very quiet and pleasant place in nature. We stayed for 1 night, early in the morning at 06:45 AM we had a flight, and Francisco at 05:45 AM (early in the morning) agreed to take us to the airport for free, moreover, his wife prepared sandwiches for us on the road, and we could during flight have breakfast. Price, location, breakfast, facilities, staff. We were concerned before arriving because it was so inexpensive. But it's location to the falls was great. We were surprised to find that it was more of a resort than just a hotel. We walked to the park in about 20 minutes. The Bird sanctuary and Movie Cars exhibit were along the route. Food at the hotel was good and reasonable. The burgers were very good. If we went back, we would eat at the Movie Cars exhibit next door at least once. The area is very safe and being a mile from the airport was good for our flight out.

Located 600 metres from Iguaçu Waterfalls, Iguassu Eco Hostel offers a pool, a restaurant, bar and free parking. Foz do Iguaçu International Airport is 3 km away. Internet access is free. The whole setup with swimming pool, breakfast area and fruit trees garden. Breakfast was especially good. We stayed 6 days and there was great variety with fresh fruit,fresh fruit juice and cakes each day. Overall great value for money.

They helped us and even brought the bag to our room when it arrived. They also helped us arrange transport to the Argentinian side of the falls and showed us the best routes to take. The location is also beautiful and perfect for getting to the Parque das Aves and the Brazilian falls.
