Adjacent to the Des Moines International Airport, this hotel serves a daily hot breakfast with waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries. Found a room for me when your other hotel could not. They made me feel welcome at 12:03 in the morning and they had parking. The night clerk was a wonderful young woman who was able to cope with an older person who was very very tired and frustrated with booking.com

Featuring a heated indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna, this hotel is located just off Highway 5 and 16 km from downtown Des Moines. Free WiFi, parking, and airport shuttle service are provided. It was a great place to stop with our family! The pool was large with a 3 foot area roped off at one end for smaller children & a 9-foot deep end where our older kids could jump in. The hot tub & sauna were also nice. What is really unique in this hotel was that there was also a gaming room with billiards, air hockey, and arcade games, which our teenage boys loved. The fitness center was great & everything throughout the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and one employee stopped in the courtyard where we were eating pizza to ask if we wanted him to raise the table umbrellas because it looked like it might rain. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options, including pancakes, waffles, french toast, bacon, etc. and was served in a large room with lots of natural light.
