The staffs in the reception and the restaurant were just exceptional and super friendly. The receptionist Tia left us super sweet note and little souvenir to us to remember the first visit to USA, it just literally warm out heart.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and well located for the IAH airport. After a long international flight, all we wanted was to get to a nice room and relax, the hotel personnel were great in helping us get sorted and to our room in no time. The breakfast was very good.

The main purpose for this stay was a 18 hours-connection flight (Midnight to 8:00 pm in Houston), unfortunately the weather announced 40°C during the day for doing some tour around, so we decided to stay in the hotel until our departure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, from the front desk, amenities to the room. I’ll appreciate that they can do a “late-check out” because the beds were awesome! The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes until 11:30 pm, helps a lot!

Really! They also gave me a lift to the airport. Good location near the IAH airport. The room is basic, but ok for one night's stay. So, all good.

The hotel is very accommodating. We especially chose this hotel because it does have a restaurant and bar. So appreciated being able to get a drink and supper after a very long day of flying. Beds were comfy and pillows were great. Good shower too with bottles on wall for shampoo & conditioner.
