The free airport shuttle both to and fro, both drivers were professional, polite, and efficient. I really liked my room and the receptionist I encountered was great (Niaomi). She was always friendly, efficient and professional and dealt with a lot of other guests when I was trying to check-in late in the evening. I also really liked that there was access to the boiling drinking in the breakfast room area.

Very Clean and comfortable! Luis at the front desk got us into a room quickly. Had a reservation and already paid for a room at another hotel. When that hotel didn't have a room ready 4 hours after promised one, we left. So thankful Luis was so kind and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze too!!

The breakfast is great - if you book it in advance you can get an amazing value buffet. The breakfast staff are lovely too. From there it’s easy to get the sky train to the car rental. I would definitely stay there again!
