HomeTown Inn by Red Roof East Syracuse is conveniently located off the New York State Thruway, just minutes from local businesses like Bristol-Myers Squibb and Widewaters Group. An extremely friendly concierge greeted me; he got me all squared away and placed in one of the nicer rooms, and he was quick to help when I needed soap and towels to shower before bed. The hotel is split between smoking and non-smoking; I am in the non-smoking wing, and you can't tell there are smoking rooms on the premise.

The breakfast sausage biscuits were immense!! Compliments to the chef! The suites have been modernised and this clearly shows, I have to admit I was more than pleasantly surprised.
