The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 300 metres from Plage Lido and 700 metres from Avenue Jean Medecin. Cimiez Monastery is 4 km away and Castle Hill of Nice is 1.6 km from the aparthotel. Everything is very beautiful and Farida is the "soul" of the house. With her help we had a wonderful vacation!!!

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Everything here is beautiful and very good location. The owners Monique and Leon were the best hosts ever.
