MAR DEL NORTE, apartment in San Juan

The apartment complex will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. All units include a patio boasting an outdoor dining area. At the apartment complex, the units include bed linen and towels.

Lyzanne was amazing. We checked in late and our host provided clear instructions on how to access the property and obtain our key when it fit our travel schedule. The property was beautiful and serene with fun hanging chairs. The room was clean, modern, and chic. There was a small kitchenette which was super convenient so was the coin operated washer and dryer. The bed was large and comfortable with fluffy pillows. The location is fantastic for getting to the airport, only 5 minutes by Uber. My only regret is that our stay wasn't longer. I will for sure be back and highly recommend staying at Mar Del Norte.

Simply amazing stay. Susan is a spectacular host. The apartment is fully equiped and very cute. The living room & kitchen are nice and spacious and fully equiped. The bathroom espically the fully body shower is a nice touch of luxury as well! Having Netflix and a large tv were also a nice plus espically after a busy day in the city. The bed is extremely comfortable. In terms of deocration, the apartment is very homey with tons of little peronal touches. The fact that this is located in a gated community with private parking was a tremendous plus, espically given the location. Speaking of location, the proximity to the airport is exceptional. 8 minutes by car.

Cozy Beachfront Studio, apartment in San Juan

here is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and a toaster oven. A flat-screen TV is featured. Other facilities at Cozy Beachfront Studio include a barbecue and gazebos in the common grounds.

This Studio is wonderful and Eileen and Gabriela were so nice and helpful during our stay! The room was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities needed (full kitchen, bathroom, shower/tub, air conditioning, WIFI, comfy bed and couches, linens/towels, small cooler, beach chairs/umbrella). The enclosed patio is great for additional space and looks out to the pool and beach which are right outside the door! The location is great and we felt safe at all times. There are lots of stores and restaurants all within very short walking distance (several are just across the street). My wife and I will certainly stay here again next time we visit PR!

The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.

    Easy pick up for the keys and the host was very attentive. I loved the location as it was very central. Best area in San Juan. The studio was very comfortable and lots of room on the two beds to sleep in. It had everything I needed.

    The studio apartment was conveniently located near everything, and fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible... It's located just a few steps away from the pool, beach, pharmacy and restaurants. The beach was very clean. The host, Eileen was reachable, friendly and answered all of my inquiries immediately. I was very pleased with my stay and the host. The condo is very secure, and i felt safe. I will definitely stay again.

    The location was perfect, as I had a conference at the Convention centre. The owners picked me up from the airport (against payment) and I would have had difficulties accessing the flat if I had not been picked up. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean. Coffee was provided and a supermarket in the vicinity for breakfast necessities.

    Stay in 2F. Location was very close to the highway access. It took about 15/20 minutes drive to Old San Juan. We enjoyed the easy access to Beginners Beach from right behind the building. We felt safe with the gated entry. Close to many restaurants and there is a grocery store right across the street. The studio apartment was functional and clean. There was WiFi.

    Lovely apartment, quite stylish and larger than expected with great little balcony with 2 chairs. Also sofa and 4 other chairs inside. Really quite well equipped kitchen and large fridge with freezer for ice cubes! The lift worked well and there were also stairs. We enjoyed our stay over New Year! We were in flat 33.

    The studio apartment is on the 10th floor in the Condominio Condado del Mar overlooking the pool and beach. A locked gate gives you direct access to the beach behind the property. The view from the terrace is of palm trees and the ocean: absolutely breathtaking as described in the property's name. A wood round high top table and two chairs on the terrace are great for eating and relaxing while enjoying the view and sounds of the wind and ocean.

    Centrally located in Isla Verde and size of apartment, pool and beach access. Condominium staff was very professional and friendly. Apartment was well kept and maintained.

    The Room was nice, The Pictures originally posted about the property was deceiving. The were no mention of bed types just pictures showing the rooms. It appeared to have a loft, a upper Balcony which it did not. Other apartment's were combined into one appearing that all was shown was what we were to receive.

    Appreciated that the host greeted us to give keys and showed us around. It's a great location. Walking distance to Condado but out of the "craziness" which we absolutely loved. Very cute and modern apartment. Cleanliness was an A+. Definitely appreciated having the privacy of the lagoon/bay area and kayaking or paddle boarding is a must! My hunny and myself did and got lucky. Manatees came out to play! 👍🏼👍🏼✔️✔️ 🎯
