Very pretty rooms, easy to get to from the station, lift and stairs to get up to rooms. Staff were very friendly prior to check via messaging. Self check in was easy and convenient.

They stored our bags and even took them to our rooms. We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

Very spacious apartment, basic condiments provided on arrival (coffee, tea). Location is central to all main attractions and plenty of bars & restaurants on the door step. Apartment was very quiet xonsidering the central location, although we were on the 5th floor sonthat nay have helped. Staff were extremely friendly

Hotel Relais Piazza Signoria sa nachádza na rohu námestia Piazza Signoria, len pár krokov od galérie Uffizi. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Right in the middle of the main signoria piazza square. Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.
