Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. I loved the room which was well decorated and cleaned and name was Ponte Vecchio. Rachele who is the contact from the Residance Marchesi Pontenani was so helpful and hospitable. She answered all my questions even in the late night. If I have opportunity to come again, definetely I’d stay again. Thanks for everything and small details.

With a sun terrace, Borgo Verde offers self-catering accommodation in Vada. Guests can relax in the garden equipped with an outdoor pool, children’s playground and BBQ facilities. Staff was extremely kind. We had a dog with us and they gave us a bigger apartment with the garden for him, which was really nice. Apartment is really good equipped, has everything you need for your stay. Recommended!

Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.
