The property was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast supplies were high quality and the kitchen really well equipped to fix meals. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions. The location is great.

Great location and value. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and a nice kitchenette. There is a great view of the lake and the sea planes. We enjoyed the restaurant on site, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. Also, Homer Brewing is a short walk across the street.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location wasn't luxurious but was a good base from which to explore downtown Anchorage and only $10 in an Uber.

The Owner or whoever manages this property is easy to work with. This is my first time booking a place that's not a Hotel. This place is Awesome. My Family wished they could've stay longer cause it was so comfortable but we're on Schedule. I highly recommend this place 5*.

Easy to get into the apt. with a code and the Wi-Fi password was provided up front by the host. The host texted me on the day after check in to ask if there was anything he could do for me.
