The location was great and the view was amazing. It also feels homey since you can cook, wash dishes, and do the laundry. We enjoyed the feeling of having breakfast in the balcony even if it's cold. 😁

This was the first apartment in our stays in many countries, where everything was available. All utensils, a functional stove-top and washing machine - with washing powder. The sheets were clean and fresh. Rza, Sevil and their team put a lot of thought and effort into running the apartments. The location is 5 minutes walk from Fountain Square and 10 minutes from Icherisheher.

The apartment was close to 28th may bus station & metro, the airport express bus drops here too. The host was very prompt with messages & was very helpful in answering questions. Check in was easy & the host kept in touch throughout. & met us to check in. The unit is on 4th floor, there are steps, but no elevator. The balcony is lovely & overlooks the street below. The layout of the unit is a little awkward - the bed prevents easy access of the balcony, but not a huge problem for a couple of nights. The host is really kind & helpful, but unfortunately we had a misunderstanding regarding checkout time - it was our misunderstanding. I recommend clarifying exactly the check out.

The apartment is very nice, the position is strategic to visit the beauty of Baku. It's situated in front of the sea boulevard and in a few minutes walking you can visit all the attractions, but it's also near to the bus station (with nr 5 you can go quite everywhere) and to the metro station and the taxi service by app works as well. Around the apartment many supermarkets are open 24 hours and you can find everything you need. The apartment is wide and comfortable, with a cozy living room, a smart TV and with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a new washing machine, fridge and freezer; only the dishwasher is missing). There is a heating system by radiator and in every room there is an independent conditioner. Two bedrooms are placed in the internal part of the house, opposite to the main road, no noise at all. The bathroom is complete, with a bath tube/shower, with Muslim shower and with a bidet (that for us Italian is very important). Salim and Amil are the plus of this apartment because they made my stay very comfortable, providing me with every request of little things missing. Next time in Baku I'll definitely book this apartment again. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

Restaurants are very near. Supermarkets and Nizami Street, is in the same building. The kitchen is well equipped with all needed appliances. Very clean towels and linen. Very big apartment. And most importantly the apartment manager is very polite, helpful and cooperative, answers telephone anytime you need.

Location is amazing, right in heart of Old city Baku, you have access to sea, Nizami street and al good restaurants with mesmerising walk of 10-15 minutes. The Appartment: Appartment is great, small but cute and clean. Everything is provided, hot water, heater, AC and all kitchen utensils working The owner/manager: Mr Tahir (that’s what I think his name was) was a great and caring person. He received us on our time of arrival happily, handed over the appartment and kept his care if we need anything. What made me really happy was, that he allowed late check out at 5:00PM because my flight was in night. I wish him good luck.

Everything near you, the place is super clean , it's equipped with everything that you can imagine, super comfortable. the staff are very cooperative, friendly and very professional.
