Iva is incredibly hostable! I felt in love! You have absolutely everything and still more in room for comfortable staying! Great air conditioner - important thing in the heat weather. Comfortable pace to the beach, near grocery, bakery and cafe. Perfect price for season peak

Host very polite, apartment very cute, cozy and clean with a nice balcony. Only one thing I would say for guests that don’t have a car - it is not on walking distance to the beach. We came with a car and were provided parking. All best!

The best host in the Nuem area surely is Bruno. Very helpful, hard-working, decent lad. Communication was excellent. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us around. The room was clean and functional, amenities and facilities are rather great. We had a phenomenal time visiting and staying here. :)
