Very friendly, the apartment has an amazing view over the Brienzersee and mountains. Also, it was very clean. The preparation for new guests was excellent (there was coffee and soap/shampoo). When we arrived, the host showed us all the best restaurants and spots to visit. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the property was just awesome. If you have the opportunity, book it! The apartment was light and airy, with every door a glass door opening to the spacious balcony. The furniture is tasteful and clean. The bathrooms were very good, the kitchen well equipped. Elena was a joy to communicate with and was very flexible! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here in Iseltwald. PS: you will need a car if you do stay here, this gave us tremendous flexibility.
