firstly, as soon as we entered the suite, we could tell it was well cleaned and taken care of. it's very spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased at finding out we had 2 hairdryers, and free wifi which wasn't of poor connection like how i expected, on the contrary it couldn't have worked better. Shower gel, lotion ,shampoo and conditioner were provided in small bottles, i think about 3 per person, and we also had enough towels to use a new one each day. What i appreciated the most, however, was how quick the manager (host) would reply whenever I had some questions , before and even during our stay in such a professional and convenient manner. If you're a party person, you will most certainly love where these suites are located because it is LITERALLY 2 minutes away from all the clubs and in case you're doubting if you'll manage to sleep with the noise... you'll barely hear any. It is also approximately 10 minutes away from Nissi beach by taxi. When i visit Cyprus again, without doubt i will book this place again without looking at any other properties. Huge thanks for making our stay the best... there was nothing I didn't like .

A new apartment in a peaceful area of Ayia Napa. Super clean accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-equipped. Cleaning service (changing bed linen and pillowcases; and new towels...) was done once for our weekly stay. You will get the password for the key locker and the key for the safe box. Lefteris and Panayiotis were friendly and always ready to help with any questions :) We will be back for sure!

Mr. Andreas is the best person you would like to deal with whenever you’re booking an appartement. He’s so kind and helpful Most importantly, the apartment provided was super clean, newly renovated, and fully equipped! The check in was at 3:00 pm but he allowed to check in at noon since we arrived early He kept the room available for us till 5:00 pm knowing that the usual check out time is at 11:00 am ! Wifi so fast. All the kitchen utensils you might need are available, Highly recommended !!!!!!

Great new holiday apartments a few steps from Ayia Napa's busiest streets and amenities, and yet a quiet location. A grocery store across the street is really convenient. The apartment had everything we needed. Smart TV with Netflix, good internet connection, really nothing to complain about. Thanks to Pavlos, he is ready to come and solve your issue in minutes.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, right in front of the supermarket, on the main street with restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach. The owner was beyond nice and helpful, giving us recommendations and tips and also allowing us leave our bags after check out time! Really appreciated. 100% recommend!

Location of this place is great, close to best clubs and live music bars, directly in the center. 2 min from bus stop. Place is the same as in photos, hostess is an amazing woman, she brought us fruits, was very attentive, recommended many good restaurants, checking up if we needed anything and was very communicative via chat as well. Check in was very easy as well.

It is located on the beach. You can enjoy your breakfast from the restaurant facing sea. Breakfast is good.Rooms spacious and being cleaned every day. Very close to the port and restaurants and supermarkets. Still it is not noisy area.

The place is really great and the host is a very nice person, always ready to help. The place is next door to the shop where you can find all necessary products and to the diving center. We will stay here again for sure
