The owner of the property is absolutely fantastic!!! As we were arriving after the check-in time, he sent us detailed step-by-step instructions for self check-in which was brilliant and easy to follow. We stayed in apartment 42 which was beautifully decorated with a lovely comfy bed and equally comfy single beds in the second bedroom. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our family. The little touches were a welcome addition (toiletries, washing liquid, clothes washing liquid etc) The location was perfect and 2 minute walk to the strip of shops/restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. we will MOST DEFINITELY be returning to this wonderful family run property! Thank you for such a lovely visit, we have fallen in love with Protarus!!!

Everything was perfect!The apartment is situated in a quiet area, at 2 minutes walking to the seaside. We went to the beach with our 3 years old son by walking 15 minutes. The swimming pool from the complex is very nice! The apartment is very well equipped, we had all we need and excelent conditions! The host recommendations helped us a lot (restaurants, places to visit). Thank you!

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.
