The apartment is literally on the beach, you have to exit from the door, cross the road and you are on the beach! Every confort are available in the apartment which is very confortable, in very good conditions and well equipped. The building is a historical one and you could feel the atmosphere of the past. If you want to visit Barcelona the realway station is 3 minutes of walk far from the apartment and there is a train every 10 minutes. A special mention for the staff: they are very prone to help you in every situation, are polite and courteous.

Great location and the right size for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 4 & 2 yo). The location was fantastic because we were 2 mins from the beach, Condis, plaça, and the train station. This was helpful because we did not have access to a car and we traveled by foot most of the time! The host was very kind and always helpful! The neighbors nextdoor and above are wonderful!

It was enough for 4 peoples of family with one big kitchen, living room, 3 toilets, two rooms, 5 beds, elivator can be connected to 1st, 2nd floor. There are good restaurants near the house.

The house is exceptionally pleasant and well-maintained. Rodrigo, the housekeeper, is truly outstanding in his service. Furthermore, the boss I spoke to over the phone was very accommodating. I particularly appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the milk and small pastries provided in the kitchen for breakfast, along with the availability of water. Thank you!
