It was clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning was very good. Although one room only had a fan, but we didn't need it. The view is fantastic, you can see beach side sunrise daily from your bed. As the landlord said, the house is designed by Gaudi as his first residencies, and it is quite large, enough for 14 people to engage here. The yard is large and everything is clean. Most importantly, when I asked if there is any shampoos and plastic bags, the landlord bought for me immediately! All pictures shown in the front page is real, and the place is even better than the picture.

The apartment was beautiful. The facilities ad amenities were adequate and even the bed drawers were stored with more bath towels. Lots of appliances and some tea and coffee items.

It did us nicely for a week in mataro. Plenty of room for 3 of us to work from there - good WiFi! In terms of location you probably couldn't ask for anything better in the town.
