Check-in details provided by Ratko were very helpful, as were his tips for the surrounding areas. The apartment was lovely, clean, fully equipped, modern, and very comfortable. The location offers access to restaurants, beaches, a marina, and markets all a short walk on the esplanade. Ratko was available, attentive, and responsive for all matters and flexible with check-in and check-out/bag drop. This is a lovely place to stay and close to Split I highly recommend it and thank the wonderful staff for looking after me during my 2 visits.

- The apartment was just as it was in the pictures. Absolutely modern apartment with a stunning view from the balcony that opens up to showcase the glory of the Adriatic sea. - The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The team also made up the sofa cum bed partially which we used during our stay - The restaurant below the apartment serves very good reasonably priced food which we enjoyed for lunch - The access to the swimming pool and the beach were massive positives. - The underground free parking is very convenient too - There is a supermarket less than 500 mtrs away which was super helpful - The host Antonija was very kind and helpful who assisted me with probably the cheapest parking spot in Split and always had a smile on her face.

This is a superb apartment, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The sea view from the balcony from the hot tub is wonderful and allows you to watch the sunsets with a cool drink. It's a short walk to a lovely beach and a good selection of beach bars and restaurants. Highly recommend 😁

The host and her grandson are very friendly and have given us a bigger apartment to take into account of our request for the sea view. The appartment is very clean, the bedroom very comfortable and we've got two pretty large balconies.

Very helpful and friendly host who greats you on the entrance, with a welcome drinks and full information just what you need to know. Comfortable rooms with just a perfect view on the sea and sunsets. Small but cosy balcony, for evening chills. Well equipped and thought through for a beach stay - there was a drying rack on the balcony for a swim suits and towels, which was very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. The was 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the room price, and the small beach just a couple metres from the property. Just right on the corner Cibus restaurant with super fresh and delicious menu.

The rooms were spacious and had lovely big beds, as you can see you are right on a lovely quiet beach, perfect for sun bathing or swimming, pack some sea shoes as the beach is all tiny stones. Ante was a very warm welcoming host and the breakfast was great

Huoneisto ja oli kaikin puolin erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu astioineen, kylmälaitteineen, astian- ja pyykinpesukoneineen, liinavaateineen ja loistavine sänkyineen. Tässä huoneistossa oli kaksi makuuhuonetta ja erillinen wc ja iso wc-suihkuhuone sekä iso olohuone-keittiö ja valtava, hieno parveke upealla merinäköalla. Rakennus oli aivan meren rannalla ja rakennuksesta pääsi suoraan hiekkarannalle ja uimaan Adrianmereen! Vettä voi juoda suoraan hanasta kuten Suomessakin. Tässä rakennuksessa oli käsittääkseni viisi huoneistoa ja koko rakennus oli tosi hyvässä kunnossa ja hienosti saneerattu ja vain majoituskäytössä. Liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet huoneistoon eikä mitään häiritsevää ollut. Pihalla oli hienosti istumapenkkejä ja auringonottotuolit käden ulottuvilla. Auto oli helppo parkkeerata suoraan kadulta rakennuksen eteen. Leipomo ja elintarvikekaupat olivat aivan kävelymatkan päässä kuten myös rantaravintolat. Todella suosittelen majoittumaan Apartments Lea:n huoneistoon! Meillä oli auto vuokrattuna lentokentältä ja tällä siten ajelimme Kroatian rannikkoa pohjoiseen ja etelään tutustuen moneen, moneen paikkaan. Ajoa tuli yhteensä 659 km viikon aikana. Toki täällä voi liikkua myös bussilla, mutta oma auto antaa luonnollisesti enemmän mahdollisuuksia. Liikenne oli välillä ruuhkaisempaa, mutta yleensä melko rauhallista.
