The hotel itself is a gem, exuding beauty and freshness. The staff are incredibly friendly and available round-the-clock, ensuring a comfortable stay. Security is top-notch with a guarded area and individual villa parking, along with 24-hour surveillance. Daily cleaning is thorough and efficient, with a dedicated team ensuring swift service. The pool is meticulously maintained, adding to the overall pristine ambiance. The villas are simply stunning, with everything appearing brand new and immaculately kept. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we extend our gratitude to the hotel staff. Due to some reviews citing noise disturbances, our experience over two and a half weeks was tranquil, with no disruptive sounds from neighboring villas. Despite our late arrival at around midnight, we were warmly welcomed at the reception and smoothly escorted to our villa. The check-in process was efficient, and payment was handled without any rush the next day. Overall, a seamless and hospitable experience.

Very close to the beach, they helped us rent a scooter. Everyone is very nice. The place looks great also in reality. I think it was the cleanest place we stayed in in Bali, they wash the sink which seems to be a rare thing in Bali :))

Kaniya is a small family own bed and breakfast in nusa dua. The rooms are simple & good, with view to blossoming trees & flowers. The garden is small but cute, the pool is confortable and the hotel spa is great. The staff members are all very nice & caring. Overall the place is a really nice price/quality ! You are in the middle of the city, but the place is as calm as possible.

Perfect first Location for a relaxing start in Bali. Billy and his lovely family are so welcoming and helpful, they made the stay super comfortable. The bungalow was very nice and clean with a big bed, new air condition and even a big tv with netflix. The view with the plants makes you feel like being in the jungle - amazing! Would always come back to this place.

Erna is amazing, she was kind to let us check in late at night. Delicious breakfast, good coffee and possibility to rent a bike. Nice green yard and access to water.

Great experience. The family is lovely, rooms are really nice and super clean. Komang is lovely and really cares about guests. I'm very thankful x There is a dog and a cat which are a bonus for all animals lovers. God bless for looking after them too.

It was like a little oasis and temple at the same time. The staff is well trained and goes out of their way to make your stay heavenly. The villas are amazing, we did not want to leave.
