Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , z dala od pozostałych hałaśliwych hoteli a jednak blisko do centrum. Piękny widok cisza i spokój. Możliwość wynajęcia skutera pozwala na łatwe zwiedzenie części wyspy i poznania jej atrakcji. Obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje czyste, jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place. My room was huge, clean and had a really, really comfortable bed as well as a balcony with a lake view. There was tea, coffee and bottled water as well as a few snack one could purchased. The highlight of my stay here were definitely the hosts, though. Maya and her husband are the loveliest, most helpful people and I could not thank them enough for all the care they have provided me with during my time with them.

All is good, just tired with roosters at the early morning! Near accommodation you find best restaurant with life music in the evening, owner was friendly and helpful! Price is so nice!

We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

Rodzinny guesthouse prowadzony przez młode małżeństwo. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w dobrej cenie na miejscu. Wlasciciele bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Na miejscu mozna ogarnac skuter. Jest tez przestrzen wspolna z ladnym widokoem gdzie je sie tez posilki. Do duzego, dobrze wyposazonego sklepu około 1km. Do innych restauracji rowniez niedaleko, okolo 800m.

Beautiful bungalow & view, very comfortable and relaxing for a few nights. We didn't eat at the restaurant - we discovered Coffee2go and Rosalie's as per a previous review, and didn't want to eat anywhere else! Rented a good scooter here for 100k.

Spent my 27th birthday on this property and couldn't have found a better way to start the year. The beautiful clear water of the Toba had been tempting me from the day before and it was the first thing I did on the morning of my birthday. You can practically jump into the water from your room balcony (please don't. It's metamorphic and you'll die). But it was as stunning a view one can get, and the fact that this is so affordable makes it feel like a dream. Food was fantastic. I was traveling with my sister and she's vegetarian and so was the restaurant. Great dishes. Location top notch. You obviously need a scooter to get around and completely immerse yourself in the serene and breathtaking views of Toba. So yes, definitely get a scooter. Definitely stay here. And definitely eat at Jenny's, whcih is about 3km away. Ali and Katie (the owners) were super friendly and warm and welcoming and we've made friends for life. Can't wait to come back. (also, the pictures on booking.com don't truly reflect the actual size of thr room. It's MASSIVE. You actually get 2 full rooms, not 1. Pleasant pleasant surprise!)
