Danilo the Host was nice and very helpful, he was available for any question via WhatsApp; he waited us outside the building and helped us with our bags and showed us the flat. I loved the location of the flat, it has nice view to the narrow street. The flat size is good, has 2 bathrooms (one of them is ensuite), it is in the mezzanine level so only one flight of stairs. the location is great, it is within walking distance to the port, and to the shops and historical area as well as the train station where u go to cinque Terre and Portofino. the underground car park s almost 3 minuet walk (through the plaza opposite to LV shop). Clean flat and bathrooms are clean as well. Good size for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids

The location is like a film set, absolutely stunning and you couldn’t be closer to the sea. The apartment is beautiful, the facilities were excellent and the host so friendly.

We were welcomed by the host, Cristina, who was brilliant. Handed us the keys, gave us a brief explanation of the facilitites in the apartment and some pointers as to where to eat and what to visit in Genoa (her love for this city is clear!). With the car parked securely, we could walk around the Nervi area of Genoa with peace of mind. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment seems to have been recently renovated and had all we needed for a few days' stay. The highlight was opening the windows in the morning and getting a view of the sea in the distance. Would love to visit again!

Best host with cute doggo. The accomodation had one small parking space inside (perfect for small cars, <4m), also one more parking space in front of the gate. Beach was close (for the ones who want to stay in the hot season) 10 min by foot. Boccadasse village is wonderfull and Genoa is a town to remember. Also the accomodation is close to the highway to La Spezia if you want to visit cinque terre or Santa Margherita Ligure/Portofino.

it was very clean. The flat was made in sea theme. there were many small and really cute details. Bad was very comfortable. There were biscuits, a bottle of water, coffee capsules and tea bags for us disposition. Plus there is a Netflix subscription for us! The owner was really friendly and helpful.

Apartment is very close to the Mediterranean Sea, Parking available nearby. Room with private bathroom in a very beautiful old building with high ceilings, tastefully decorated. Breakfast made very individually with love; tasteful and great. But the best are the landlady and her son, who were always very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of great tips. We recommend it unreservedly.
