Dario is the most wonderful host a foreign traveler could ever wish for! He went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible, to help us learn how to get around, and his English was nearly perfect! (One of us would have liked to try to speak more Italian actually, but Dario took great pride in his effort to learn English -- and it was far better than our Italian -- so most of our conversations followed the path of least resistance.). He has a great smile and warm demeanor; he made our short stay in Mondello delightful.

Beautiful views, the proximity of the sea with crystal clear water and a wonderful swimming pool in the garden made the stay from morning to evening pure relaxation. Plus, fantastic owners, a lovely family, who were helpful and friendly at every turn. I can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Masetta as a fantastic place to spend your vacation in peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. amazing location just across mondello beach with an extraordinary stylish interior, great hosts, gorgeous pool area and excellent breakfast! absolutely recommend this wonderful villa olimpia. parking was available against cost at the villa. we got great recommendations and hosts were super friendly and helpful. will definitively come back when being in mondello again.

Da Sophie was very clean and the facilities and equipment were like home from home. The roof terrace was ideal for evening meals and chilling with our friends and the garden was lovely for enjoying breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped as was the crest of Da Sophie. We had a wonderful stay there.

The villa has a stunning view of the hills around Mondello, which one can enjoy while hanging out around the pool. The place is secluded and private and feels very special. It is very close to the beach by foot as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, again while respecting one's privacy. My husband and I particularly loved the breakfast where one can try out a Sicilian variety of cheese, seasonal fruits and fresh bakery goods, it can be adjusted every day too! Overall the stay was very pleasant and would recommend it for at least 3 days or more to fully appreciate the stay.
