We spent 8 days. Big family 7 people and I can say that exactly everything was perfect. A good parking place inside your car cannot be accidentally hit or something. The sea is just 5 minutes of walk, if you have small children who have just learned how to walk it is perfect! The sea is not very deep at the beginning so it is also perfect for families with small kids. For our kids, it was their first time being in the sea and they loved it! No big waves. The coast and the sea were super clean! NO big crowds!!! The owner provided us with a beach umbrella and some chairs The apartment is brand new! All household electronics were clean and new, 3 air conditions in the apartment! There is also a roof with a barbeque table and comfortable chairs where we spend all the evenings watching sunsets drinking wine and some meat barbeque Stores and restaurants are near! We love this vacation if you want to spend some sea time with your family relax and enjoy - this place is for you! Will visit it next year for sure!

pisa b&b is a homely and cosy chateau like accommodation. based in a small countryside village, 20 minute taxi ride from Pisa Centre where the train station is. The owners of Pisa hotel b&b are very welcoming and friendly, very Italian with only a small amount of English but they go out of their way to understand and communicate so it wasn't a problem. breakfast is included until 9ish but on one of the days we woke up later than this and to our surprise Daniella the host had saved us breakfast and tea and coffee for before we went out! we stayed for 3 nights, we did a lot of walking and taxis and one day got the bus but other than this no problem.

I highly recommend the accomodation to anyone planning to stay in the Pisa area. The spaciious appartment is fairly new and clean and has all the necessities. The beds were comfortable and extra sheets and blankets are provided. The seperate kitchen is great, and there is even a little garden. The extremely nice and helpfull hosts Carlo and Roberta made our stay here even better, and drove us around Pisa and Lucca on several occasions. Although a car is not necessary the bus stop is nearby I would recommend a rental car

The place is sooooo nice and comfortable . Staff are so nice and friendly. So relaxing place and very comfortable and clean. I would visit the place again for sure, and recomend it defiantly.
