Well quiet place. Friendly landlord.lot of helpful information. As a srilankan came from uk they offered string hopper and kiribath another day with fresh fruits and juice. Tea was great. My son loves coffee he loves too.Mr.kumara who serve food and room service with pleasant smile and humble. We love it. If we come we come again. Most place we been cheated with commends. This apartment is located in the most convenient place. So easy to get to the beach, super markets etc. This building is very secured, you can have a peace of mind while staying as it's well gated. What an absolutely amazing stay. We were traveling from Dakar in Senegal where we live. My wife had felt sick in Morocco and was still running a slight fever when we showed up. The care, the attention to detail, the friendship, the love—Suren (the host) set a VERY high bar for others to live up to as we explore this country. We miss him and his wife’s wonderful cooking already. The food is definitely worth taking, delicious. Suren is a natural at hosting, it’s a true passion for him. I arrived in Srilanka by arriving in Cottage Garden, such a nice place for stay and take Srilankan temperature. Quite, peaceful, with tortule friends who is walking in the garden. Breakfast was very good and generous.
