The place is beyond any expectations of what you can get for the price! The room is quite spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable. Also there is a roof terrace which has pretty good view from above Breakfasts are outstanding, super friendly staff. The location is great. It’s a walk distance from the tourist center. You can either have a short ride to jungle beach and unawatuna beach or you can rent a bike from an owner, for very reasonable price. I love this place and would definitely stay here again Thank you mr. Dinesh for a warm hospitality

The manager of the villa was super nice, he helped us with luggage and arranged tuk tuk service for us for sunrise at Unawatuna. We had a pleasant stay!

Manori is one of the most joyful and friendly person we’ve met in the country. She (and Tutu, her equally friendly dog) takes care of this really cool place uphill - good exercise for legs - with a beautiful view of the sea. The room have more than enough Space for two, is really confortable and Manori’s cooking is highly recommended (breakfast and dinner - she is amazing). Speaking of which, she also organize a fun and educational cooking class. And if you need transportation, she can help as well. This place and her owner have it all! Miss them so much!

Hospitality! Gamini - owner of the spot is a beautiful person giving you his heart. My daughter had birthday during our stay and Gamini made it an experience. Next - the property is close to everything you need. Tuk tuks are bringing you everywhere - restaurants, beach, shops around withing couple minutes.. We were happy here🙏

Location was good. Just a few minutes walk to the beach but still in quiet peacefull area. Room was extremely clean and comfort. Breakfast you get coffee/Tea, fruits, bread and fried egg.

Everything was superb! That’s definitely the best value for such not overwhelming price. Hosts are amazing, so welcoming! We had amazing time with our family. Unawatuna is beautiful, but this place helped us to feel right at home. Hosts helped us with transfer, with finding places to have dinner. We also ordered a dinner in the guest house, it was amazing! Fresh and delicious. We even forgot something in our room and they were so kind to organise the pick-up!
