The property is well-maintained and located near the tourist beach. The room with balcony is the best spot, especially when you don’t know when you are going out or just relaxing in your room. The view is breath-taking even from the room itself. In my experience, I had two days when I had to stay indoor due to my sunburn. In those days, the staff were very considerate and helpful, they arranged for breakfast delivery in my room because I could not take any heat during the day. Asfa, Sheny, and Oshan made my customer experience very pleasant. Gulhi is the best island to stay in Maldives, and Beach Stone provides the best service. I am definitely coming back!

Great place to stay if you are travelling with a budget. Ali and Anoosh were super kind and it was nice to get to known to the locals. Even though they weren’t all the time at the reception you could just easily send whatsapp-message and they replied fast. They gave us feeling that they were taking good care of us. Also Gulhi island is kinda small, bikini beach was really close by. Excursion trips was also worth the money! Specially wanted to thank about the transport to Gulhi. We stayed elsewhere at Maldives before visiting Gulhi. They had arranged us a spesific directions how to find our speedboat.

We really liked it here. The owners and people that work here are so friendly and kind. They allowed us early check in and late check out. They went out of their way to accommodate us. If you're a budget traveller, you'll love this place. It's located on a quiet side of the island far from construction noise. It's so near to the ocean we could hear the waves from our room (we slept with the windows open) it was blissful. The breakfast was a basic and delicious island breakfast consisting of toast, eggs, sausages, fruit, coffee and fruit juice. It was a 5 min walk to the bikini beach on the other side of the island. They offer a sandbank tour and if you want to do any other tours like seeing dolphins, sea turtles or swimming with stingrays or sharks, you can organise that easily on the island. We liked this island because we only came for a weekend and it was one of the easiest places to catch a speed boat early in the morning on Friday and return at 4pm on the Sunday. This island is peaceful and quiet and you won't feel crowded at all like some of the other islands in the area for example. We recommend!

The hotel is the best on the island, just sand foot on the bikini beach. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms really clean, great airconditioning. The food was also really nice, especially the grilled fish and tuna steak. Looking forward to be back!

We’re a couple and stayed for about 9 days and we just loved everything what Gulhi and ilaa Beach has to offer. Our stay was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with AC and private toilet with balcony. Our stay included free breakfast which was a choice between continental or Maldivian. Plus, wifi was very good and it allowed me to work remotely. I was able to do clean video calls with my work. They kept the room neat and clean everyday with sheets and towels changed. I had no problem with the people working there, they made sure that our needs were met and I even leave my valuables inside the room - which includes my macbook, ipads and watch. Definitely a good value, cheaper than the rest, plus the bikini beach in Gulhi was spacious as compared to Maafushi. One incident that occurred was when my Skechers sandals were stolen one night, because I left them outside the building. The management immediately replaced it with a brand new one. Really great of them to do that. Thank you so much, ilaa Beach Management! Also, thank you to Oney for always ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location, but what really made our stay great was Saif. He met us off the boat with his wheelbarrow. He was always there to greet us for breakfast with a smile and a positive comment to start the day. He would always go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and showed a real interest in his guests. He is a credit to your establishment.
