Basic hotel, but is in center. Aircon, good breakfast, omlete, ham, cheese,, many fruits, smoothie. Good character, helped me with the rental car and also giving me a discount.

Very quiet location and neat. You can walk to these places (the market, Presidential Palace, the museum and the beach) owner is friendly and can speak a bit of English too so I was able to communicate. I had a problem in the room and he quickly fixed it. We were supposed to leave the room at 13:00 but our flight was evening, and he made us stay for extra hours before leaving for the airport without charging us. A very good location I must say.

Breakfast was good. Eggs, bread, fruit. Host is super accommodating and friendly. Place is clean, and close to the airport. Super if you are going to Principe., though a hit of a walk (maybe 45mins) from downtown sao tome.

Super friendly owner. she helped me a lot with arranging my travels around the place. also contacted a person offering the car rental. place was super clean. location on Google maps is correct - corner house. Room was hot but u get a fan so basically- getting what u paid for- no complaints. Mosquitoes are around so make sure you use the mosquito net over your bed properly! Definitely worth the money. would stay there again!

Very good location, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, good AC. Close to very nice restaurants and shops. Host is very accommodating and helpful as well as responsive. I would recommend staying here! Breakfast is served at a local downstairs. To check in you have to go to the shop on the right of the entrance. Pay cash (did say will charge my card but didn’t)
