Such à Nice stay in Olamanga beach villa! Jambiani is a peacefull village, the villa is located 50m from the beach. Ralu and Lee, the owners and all the staff make a really good work to be sure You enjoy your stay! Excursions, places to visit, restaurants, booking… The rooms are beautiful, and well cleaned, with airconditionning and everything You need. Do not hesitate if You want to stop by Jambiani!

What we liked the most was Queen, she was really helpful and always smiling! The room was extremely clean and modern, the AC and fan worked perfect. Also the pool and the exterior were beautiful and well preserved. We had dinner both nights of our stay and Chef James offered us delicious meals!

We had four great nights here at this lovely place. It’s quiet with gorgeous gardens, clean pools and has easy beach access. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen has all the equipment you need to make nice meals. Breakfast is delivered to your door. 😃 Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. All of them! It was a great place to catch up on sleep and relax after a few weeks of hectic travel!

I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

We booked a room for five at Kobe House after our flight home was cancelled. Since the hotel was not full, they let us have another room for free, so we can enjoy some time off from the kids. Everything in this hotel is spot on! From the flowers on your bed to the beautiful garden that feels like a tropical forest. The place is newly renovated, and everything is kept really clean and tidy. The staff was super friendly and really keen to help. We planned for one night, but stayed for the rest of our vacation in Zanzibar, until we could catch a new flight. Definitely the best value for money!

Amka house has two properties, the one pictured and another just down on the beach. We were at the second one and it was so lovely. The bed was comfortable, the only sound at night time was the sound of the sea. Breakfast was lovely and served on the terrace and the place was kept very clean and tidy. Issa was an excellent host, helping to sort out trips/transport or answer any questions, his taxi prices were the cheapest and his recommendations of places to visit were always great. Amka house is basic, but for the money it is excellent value, great location and very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to return
